Tanya Uherka is the founder of SOON Ventures, a business development consulting corporation that helps growing businesses optimize their financial and sales strategies for greater profitability. Tanya's unique blend of proven financial management and solid sales skills provides a fresh-and proven---approach in the field.

After six years of providing business consulting services, specifically in the accounting arena, to over 200 small and medium-sized businesses, Tanya launched SOON Ventures. With a rich background in both sales management and operations analysis, SOON Ventures helps dissect in-house information to determine business issues. SOON Ventures then designs a proactive plan to resolve those business issues. SOON Ventures is a growing company's partner every step of the way.

Tanya believes that the key to success lies in the development of a unified strategy between the financial and sales arms of a company. During the past 18 years, Tanya has worked with numerous organizations to couple sales development expertise with business process and accounting systems design. Throughout her career, Tanya has successfully implemented programs for startup companies and multi-facility Fortune 100 corporations.

Her leadership was instrumental in building a major travel management company from $100,000 to $50 million in five years. Tanya has served in multiple capacities as a Chief Financial Officer, General Manager, Vice President, Controller, National Sales Manager and Business Owner. Tanya has interfaced smoothly with all levels of management and staff, and trained employees on new procedures and processes.

An energetic and positive professional, Tanya has worked in a variety of industries including banking, staffing, telecommunications, oil and exploration, retail, consumer services, manufacturing and real estate. She is a graduate of John Brown University and participates in The American Marketing Association, Institute of Management Consultants and Association for Corporate Growth.

Tanya has lived throughout the United States and makes Atlanta, GA her home. She enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, running, tennis, biking, soccer and roller blading, and is currently training for her first triathlon. Tanya travels frequently both domestically and internationally to expand her horizons. She also works with several community volunteer programs throughout Atlanta.
